Sound Designer
A1 (Audio Engineer)
Responsibilities: Serve as the primary audio engineer responsible for front-of-house sound during live events. Set up, calibrate, and operate audio systems. Collaborate with sound designer to achieve the desired audio outcome.
Requirements: Proven experience as an A1 audio engineer. Proficiency with audio mixing consoles and equipment. Strong troubleshooting skills.
A2 (Audio Assistant)
Responsibilities: Assist A1 in setting up and troubleshooting audio equipment. Handle microphone placements, cable management, and other audio-related tasks. Collaborate closely with the sound team to ensure smooth operation.
Requirements: Basic understanding of audio systems. Willingness to learn and work collaboratively with the audio team.
A3 (Audio Technician)
Responsibilities: Provide technical support for audio systems, including equipment maintenance and repairs. Assist in the setup and breakdown of audio gear. Work closely with A1 and A2 to address technical challenges.
Requirements: Technical proficiency in audio equipment. Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Lighting Designer
Responsibilities: Design creative and effective lighting setups for live events. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision. Program and operate lighting consoles during events. Ensure proper execution of lighting cues.
Requirements: Extensive knowledge of lighting technology and design. Proficiency in lighting software. Creativity and attention to detail.
Master Electrician
Responsibilities: Oversee the electrical aspects of live events. Ensure proper installation and operation of electrical systems. Collaborate with lighting and production teams to address power requirements.
Requirements: Certification as a master electrician. Knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards. Experience in live event production.
Electrician
Responsibilities: Assist the master electrician in installing and maintaining electrical systems for events. Handle power distribution and troubleshoot electrical issues.
Requirements: Knowledge of electrical systems. Ability to work collaboratively with the master electrician and other production team members.
Light Board Operator
Responsibilities: Operate the lighting console during live events. Execute lighting cues based on the designer's plan. Collaborate with the lighting team to achieve desired effects.
Requirements: Proficiency in operating lighting consoles. Understanding of lighting design principles.
Stagehand
Responsibilities: Assist in the setup, changeovers, and breakdowns of stage elements. Handle staging, scenery, and audio/visual equipment. Collaborate with various production teams to ensure smooth transitions.
Requirements: Physical stamina, teamwork, and ability to follow instructions. Previous experience in stagehand roles is a plus.
Video Technician
Responsibilities: Set up and operate video equipment for live events. Collaborate with the video team to achieve the desired visual effects. Troubleshoot video-related issues during events.
Requirements: Knowledge of video technology and equipment. Proficiency in video hardware and operation of video systems.
Stage Manager
Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee the overall execution of live events. Manage communication between various teams. Ensure the timely and smooth flow of the event according to the production plan.
Requirements: Strong organizational and leadership skills. Experience in stage management for live events.
Delivery Driver
Responsibilities: Safely transport equipment, and materials to and from event locations. Ensure on-time delivery and handle logistics related to transportation.
Requirements: Valid driver's license, knowledge of local routes, and ability to handle and transport event equipment.
Warehouse Manager
Responsibilities: Oversee the organization and logistics of the warehouse. Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and ensure a well-organized workspace. Coordinate with production teams for efficient equipment retrieval and storage.
Requirements: Organizational and managerial skills. Experience in warehouse operations.
Warehouse Assistant
Responsibilities: Assist the warehouse manager in organizing and maintaining inventory. Prepare and pack equipment for events. Collaborate with delivery drivers and production teams for seamless logistics.
